6 Payment
6.1 Product price are shown in HKD$.
6.2 We accept payment by credit card, Apple/Google Pay, Alipay HK, Payme and FPS. We may change to or adopt other payment methods without notice.
6.3 For bank transfer/FPS payment, please email the relevant payment slip/screenshot with your order reference to support@anniekfitness.com within 7 days. Please be mindful that orders will only be reserved for 7 days and orders will be automatically cancelled without notice if payment is not received.
7 Shipping Goods

- Using SF Locker for shipping goods under 5KG will be HK$20, under 10KG will be HK$40.
(We do not support the order to choose SF locker by shopping these items: slide Board , travel bag, leather yoga picnic mat, yoga mat, mini yoga mat)
After received your order, we will take 3 working days to pack and ship the order. If the item is out of stock, it will take 7 - 14 days to back to stock.

7.2 Overseas order
- We will accept the oversea order to ship to Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, United States, UK, All overseas shipping will be sent from Hong Kong via HK Post office to ensure all packages are shipped safely. You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once shipment is made and you can track it online.
- If you cannot choose your country as you place an order, please contact us via Facebook messenger or Email: support@anniekfitness.online.
- For oversea orders, please provide a details shipping information, included contact person name, contact no. with country code, details shipping address, postal code
- Shipping fee will be charged while placing the order.Pre-order products generally take 7 to 14 days to order.
- For order to ship to Taiwan, customer must provide the ID No. for ship out the goods. We will ask customer to provide their ID No. while they are placing the order.
- The shipping fee from our website is only calculate less than 10kg. If your order is excess than 10kg, we will charge customers for more shipping fee.
7.3 Customs and import taxes :
- Fees that might be charged when importing goods come from a variety of sources, including the following:

- Import tax
- Customs duty
- Brokerage and disbursement fees
- Customs fees that apply to a shipment depend on its destination, value, and the carrier that transports the goods. All of this fee will not responsible by Anniekfitness.
- Customs declaration is based on the actual invoice to declare.
- Customs declaration of the article value based on buyer's own request to declare. Damage & loss occurred during the international freight, the buyer needs to bear the afterward responsibilities including insurance claim. Anniekfitness has no liability for any damage & loss that occurred in the foreign.
- Anniekfitness will not take responsible for delays due to customs nor any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Notice:
- Please confirm your shipping information is correct before placing an order. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrectly entered information, customer will be held responsible, including paying the shipping fee again.
- Refunds and returns will not be accepted for any other reason unless the buyer is received a worn or damaged items.
- If the buyer have received worn, damaged items, please take a photo and contact us via Whatsapp: +852 9725 0798.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable. If the buyer failed to claim the parcel or refused any shipments, the buyer will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to the sender.

8 Exchange and return
8.1 Please be mindful that all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty.
8.2 Please carefully check the size before ordering, because we do not have refund, return and exchange service, except for faulty products.
8.3 You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
